This is with the ref of way bill no 13681938082 of bluedart courier company a consignment was picked by company from office of cipla ltd ghazibad office to my address at new Delhi in evening of 20th mar 2013 i got a blank sorry to have missed you card by company having no information as per company every thing should be written here after calling to customer care i should know the way bill number then i asked it from my office after that i have scheduled it for 21 mar 2013 but on same date not a single delivery boy attempted to deliver it as my premises was not closed on this date and whole day i called customer helpline number in which they misguided me and i could not been able to receive and important document due to lethargic service of company.
