sir please i requested to you,touch pad is not proper work.I purchases laptop on date 18feb2013.laptop is one times already repair from sony care,so my laptop is replacement.i shall not want take this laptop.model-sve14123cnb.s.no.-0003688.so requested to you laptop is replacement.
