deficiency of services

I had registered myself at Global Alliance Matrimonials : Branch : Green Park for a suitable alliance for myself in Jan 2015 and had enrolled myself for Premium Membership : paid Rs 22 k. ( For sending compatible proposals with contact details:: according to the criteria sent and for scheduling up meetings ) .
I have the reciept.: for info..
Before enrolling myself , I asked them to share some sample profiles , so as to ensure that the services would be of high quality.
Executives : IE : BHAGYA SHREE AND GUNJAN shared some good profiles , when i went to their office and met personally .
They showed me rosy pictures……. When i paid them…. finally by cash.. the executive was appointed to me after a week or 10 days. , which was to be done after 2-3 days..
1. I asked them the reason for delay.. they gave a vague reason.
2. And then when i asked the sample profiles in which i was interested in , with the contact details , they said that the executives have left the organisation and hence the same cannot be provided . as the same must be in their mail box. Hey… we are all professionals and know .. that if we leave any organisation, we don;t carry data.. or any company info with us..
3. I thought leave , let them send some more proposals, life do not ends here.
4. I gave them the criteria : they mailed me fake and irrelevant profiles , which do not match our criteria….
Criteria sent to them was: In the age group :never married . 36-40 pure vegetarian, non smoker,NON MANGLIK. Delhi based highly educated family , Boy should be in IT SOFTWARE / CA / BANKING… i HAVE ALL PROOFS IN MY MAIL..
5. The profiles sent to me did not match criteria ( i had also shared my profile , pics, family background info and all, so as to match everything. and have an idea about our family background and status.. as thats important : hope u understand.. ) They sent me profiles resembling to monkeys in terms of looks .. ( which won;t be acceptable to any girl) and not even matching to the criteria sent.. like profession, background and also asked for families belonging to DELHI…The profiles sent to me belong to MP. BIHAR, JHARKAND.. AND ARE NON VEGETARIAN AND MANGLIK.
6. I had mailed them criteria: 4-5 times and personally spoke to them. about deficiency of services.. and refund . , but they were rigid and said that we do not refund money , its your wish whether u wanna take our services or not.
7. I still never lost my patience and met Geeta : senior person day before yesterday.. : at Green park office… and explained her and she acknowledged that deficiency of services is definitely there from their side .. i opened my mail box and one by one , explained her regarding the profiles sent. I COUNTED 25 PROFILES WERE IRRELEVANT OUT OF 35..
Rest 10 profiles sent( which were liked by me ) .. to me .. were looking for brahmins , and we are agarwals, either some were looking for a girl in it background..

8. The question is why those 10 profiles were also shared with me although my profile did not match their criteria,
as simple as that they have sent me mails ( or profiles just for the sake of.)

9. Just 2 days back, i received proposal: vikas mittal in which mentioned as status never married, although the boy is a divorce.. I have complete facts,, . the family had sent us mail, in response to our matrimonial insertion in the newspaper and clearly mentioned boy;s status as divorcee.
10. I called up global and mailed them the profile in which boys status is mentioned divorcee and asked them to clarify.
11. i am never married, so why would i marry a divorcee. i never told them that i am open for divorcees.
12. Now the question is here: How do i trust them.
Hadn;t i had profile of Vikas Mittal : divorcee , my family could have approached them.
and u already know lot of fraud going on these days.

14. Now just because i am a girl , a simple girl , who is not short tempered at all and don;t have any quick option left.. for refund.. so these matrimonial agencies take girls for granted…
15. I very well know the fact that if i move to consumer court , it would take at least 2 years for refund.. and moreover people like me would get fooled and then repent within few months.
So i wanna take this initiative to expose them and make people aware of them.
as lots of people are being fooled these days.
