I purchased a wallet from woodland showroom at Treasure island Indore (M.P.)
on 4th august 2013. Just in next 3-4 days it’s polish started being fade and some scrathes on it by it’s own. And when i visited back to showroom manager started blaming to that you have put scratches on it and all. I just want to know who will buy wallet worth rs. 1100 to put scrathes on it and who intentionally spoil their belongings. We
purchase branded products so as to use them longer and because of the trust on brand and then too if it is defective then they should replace it but manager refused and misbehaved. So please i want u to help me getting replaced my wallet and take action against the manager of the showroom as he misbehaved with other
customers too who were in support of replacement.
