Dear Sir/Madam:
I had booked return air ticket on www.easygotrip.com for Mumbai to Goa on July 25, 2013 of Rs. 20,300.00 and while making the payment, the amount was debited from my Credit Card Account. However, our booking was rejected due to unavailability of seat and the total itinerary was cancelled. We received an email from Easygotrip admin with following message ‘As per the telephonic conversation we have cancelled the total itinerary and processed for full refund.’ For this regard I did not received any call from Easygotrip till August 8, 2013 and not received any refund in my account. I have called to their customer care department no. 08326516511 and spoke to Mr. Girish D. (who refuses to tell me his full name) on August 8, 2013 and was told that your money will be refunded by Monday August 12, 2013. I have also send an email to their Admin department on August 8, 2013 to remind to refund all amount ASAP.
On August 8, 2013 evening we received an email from Easygotrip Admin that they will not refund my money and instead of that they were asking me to book another Holiday Package/another air ticket for the same amount. I again send an email on August 12, 2013 that I will not accept this and you have to refund my all money by any mode of transfer. I was calling to their customer care no. 08326516511 department to speak with Mr. Girish D. regarding this but was told that he is on leave. When my wife called on the same no. after some time then call was answered by Mr. Girish D. But he refuses to talk and disconnect the call.
I have all the written communication for above matter in my email and if required will send you for your reference.
May I request you to please look in to this matter and help me to get my money back from Easygotrip ASAP as I have to pay this amount to Credit Card company on or before September 3, 2013.
