I made a transaction on the internet on june 28, 2013 for Rs.200/-. I never got the balance on my phone but my money got deducted. I called up the customer care, i was told to wait and i did but never got the recharge. They told me that the recharge is showing and i will get the amount credited. When i filed a complaint i was told i will get the refund and was given an email but i lost the same and when i called again i was told that i HAD NOT DONE A TRANSACTION AND THAT THERE WAS NO RECHARGE SHOWING. I was misguided. Told that bank will refund so i followed up with my bank and they said that the transaction has been made and that they will not refund anything. I calved the customer care again and the lady said that the recharge is showing and that she will raise a complaint. When the lady who addresses complaint called she said no recharge was showing. Please help. This is cheating consumers of their hard earned money..
