I bought a 2 tonne O’general split ac from Snow Cool Systems Patel Complex Manduadih Varanasi, as on 26/04/2013 Bill No. 2 amounting Rs. 52600.00 after 15 days suddenly the cooling of the ac dropped down, when i asked the dealers they are saying that the temeperature is high (44 degrees) whereas at the time of purchasing they claimed the 2 tonne ac to be effective at 50 degrees as my showroom area is 200 sq feets. After this kind of reply i enquired about the Bill they gave to me and i came to know that the Firm Snow Cool Systems is authorised service centre of O’General and not Dealer, now i am feeling as if i am cheated and robbed as i have paid the money through A/c Payee cheques. Kindly help me in getting justice.
