balance deduction and improper facility

Name of company/service: AIRCEL

I have taken AIRCEL 3G PRE-PAID SIM CARD which was activated on 15/4/13. In which I had done a recharge so that I can use 3G services for 3 month duration, they were giving 6GB data divided in three month duration and unlimited 2G surfing for 3 months. But from the starting there was some problem in my sim due to which I never able to update my apps or download any apps or any movie or songs. Despite my repeated complains to AIECEL OFFICE in hariom tower complex nothing concrete was done only fake assurances were given.
Till date I have done recharge of RS 300 aprrox for talk time which was unnecessary deducted time to time from my account. I was able to only RS10-20 in that money rest all was deducted and despite my repeated complain nothing was done..
Please look into this matter, It has hampered the peace of my mind.
