The issue raised in the mail is about the frequent malfunctioning of a
SINE-WAVE INVERTER bought by me of LUMINOUS .
SIR/MADAM,
I
bought a SINE WAVE INVERTER from Luminous company’s authorised dealer
VIKAS SALES on 14/6/2011. The inverter stops working every now and
then and the panel indicating (CHARGING/SMART CHARGING/ INVERTER ON)
stops showing anything and the power back up shuts down. It has
happened nearabout 8-9 times till it was bought. Each time it was
repaired by the company person with the assurance of its non-occurence
again.
He has never told me about the
reason why it happens.

Im damn sure that
the company (LUMINOUS) has sold me a defective piece . That’s why they
are not doing the needful as if they accept their fault then it would
be harmful for their brand image.

I request you to please take care of the issue so that I get
a replaced model and LUMINOUS will think 10 times before selling
defective pieces in the market.
