balance deduction

i am a regular user of reliance number 9313934776..i got the message from reliance to make a recharge of Rs 55 and get free incoming calls across India for 30 days.
since i have recharged my number with Rs 55 on 23rd of march 2013, i have travelled mumbai.since then company has not fulfilled their promise of free incoming calls while roaming.the company has charged Rs 250 for all my incoming calls.i had made a complaint with the customer service for the same..my complaint has not been resolved yet and the customer support is not answering my calls and keep me on a long hold.i have a proof of the offer made by the company for the free incoming calls.it will be greatful for your help.
