After numerous emails , Feedback forms and numerous complaints , I am yet to listen from you , Is this the way to treat your customers ?

I need answer from so called serious manager who have studied ethics and claim to be ethical, then why the hell there is no resolution for my issue.

I expect no more reply from you as I know you dont have any
