Recently i ordered sony xb400 headphone from shopclues.when i received the shipment, it was written ‘REJECTED’ on the shipment.the courier man and customer care of shopclues said that it is okay to receive it and it doesn’t matter what is written.when i open it, the product was defective and a flipkart bill (even though i ordered it from shopclues)was there.i dont know how a shopclues package has a flipkart bill.when i tell this problem to shopclues, instead of helping me, they ask me that how its possible as we sent the working product.i m not satified with their service as they are taking a lot of time to take their product back.
