On 5th march I requested broadband customer care to set-up reliance broadband connection at new address. They told me that it wont take more than 5 days. I’m contacting 0253-3031500 (Reliance broadband office nasik) since last week. Till now noone have received call even once. So I contacted Mr.Patel (9370011501). But Mr.Patel are telling me to wait for more 7 days.
Following two number are of Reliance Nashik Office
0253 -3031500( Mr.Bhagwat) and 0253-3031515 from last one and half year no-one have received even single call yet.
Today someone from reliance(+91 20 30326200) contacted me at 3.16 PM
and told me that my issue will get solved in 1 day.
After that another person from reliance ( +91 20 65000845) contacted me and suggested me to terminate old connection and apply for new. “BECAUSE THEY DON’T GET INSTALLATION CHARGES OR ANY BENEFIT FROM IT” for shifting exiting connection and yes this is what they told me. I think its time to move forward to consumer forum.
