Did not get refund of flight cancellation still after two months

My flight was cancelled from the airline. After being more than two months, I still have not gotten back my money.
Extremely harassed by the make my trip service. I want you to take legal action against this company.

I had booked two flight tickets from kolkata to Bagdogra for journey on 24th,Feb,2014 in G8-561 Go Air airline. I had got a call from the airline stating that they are not operating on that day. I had asked them to give a flight on some other date, they informed that within the one month of window that they provide, there is no flight operating in the particular route. Then I had called up makemytrip support, asking for some other flight in the same time period, again they told me that they would not be able to provide me any other flight. Then I asked for refund of my booking. I was initially told that I need to call the Airline and ask them for my refund. When I did that, I was told by the airline that I would be getting the refund within 7 working day. When I did not get the refund as per the time, I called up makemy trip support once again. They informed me that they have got a confirmation from the airline stating a refund of the ticket. Within another 4-5 days, I would be getting the refund amount. They also told me to cancel the ticket from makemytrip website, since I did not have availability of internet, I asked the customer care executive to do that. He told me that due to some reason he is not being able to cancel the ticket from the website and stated me that he is escalating the issue to the finance. Still after 6-7 days when I did not get the refund back, once again I called the makemytrip support and was answered by the same executive. This time again I was assured to get my refund within another 4-5 days. Still I did not get the refund. Then, I mailed MakeMyTrip service explaining the whole scenario. I was replied by them stating that they would be refunding me by 9th March 2015. Today, it is 14th March 2015, but still I did not get the money back.

It’s been a month and a half overall and still have not gotten the refund. I was harassed by makemytrip like anything. I am totally disgusted with the kind of service they are providing. I want that actions should be taken against this company..
