Defective Bajaj fan complaint not solved

Dear Sir/Madam,

I bought a Bajaj Spectrum ceiling fan from Ganguly a electrical shop in Kolkata on 4/3/2013. Right from day 1 the fan is making noise. I called the bajaj customer care. They sent a representative in 5 days. He said that it’s a problem with the regulator. I checked with 3 local electricians and they conformed it’s a problem with the fan bearings. Since then I am trying to reach the customer care and they are not sending any mechanic from there end. Although making false promises.
