My car number PB 10 CP 8013 met with an accident lat year 07/09/2012 which was repaired by Padam motors Ludhiana at a cost of R 5650, which was paid by me, even after having my car fully insured, on the assurance of getting it back from the insurance company. the assurance was given by Padam motors, since then i was requesting for my insurance claim which neither the Padam motors nor the insurance company (Oriental Insurance company) have paid. rather they are harrashing me by sending here and there. My policy number is 260247. I hearty request you for the immediate solution.
