i have purchased a Galaxy Note GT-N7000 IEMI NO. 354410050274177 before three months on 15/12/2012, from a authorized dealer of samsung india pvt. ltd. but i am facing some technical problems since them.
1. I have submitted my phone to motinagar service station delhi on 04/04/13 with the problem of overheating & slow charging but they returned in same condition
2. I have submit my phone again in motinagar delhi service station on 12/04/2013 with the same problem & register a complain to samsung customer care complain No.8428936605. but after a lot of follow up to customer care & service station they returned my mobile on 26/04/2013 in same condition with some new problems like auto off & LED.
3. I have again submit my phone on 27/04/13 with the same & some new problems, they already changed my LED, Motherbord & charging point & now they are again changing some parts & doing R&D.
But i have yet not recieved any satisfactory feedback from Samsung India Pvt. Ltd.
