Defected Product returned but money has not refunded yet

The product which is delivered in Order No. I000152944 was defected.

They have to refund our money as they have not delivered the product as per standard and we have already returned the product one month ago. But they have not returned the money yet. Multiple email communication is tried but they dont respond. Their customer care executive also never respond to query and disconnect the call in middle.
If you still do not respond to it, we need to raise this issue to Consumer Court. To avoid this, Please ensure an earlier action and return of money in this regard.
