We Have Purchased Honda Mobilio Vmt model Petrol Car from Solatire Honda Borivili (KRISH CARS PVT LTD ) in the name of my Dad Mahendra Sanghvi ,,enrouted thru Addis marketing .(multi car Showroom )..
We recd the car from Addis Marketing (virle parla) with all the invoices from Solatire Honda Borivili ,
The problem is that, We were been quoted 1059041/- as our car value in which
1) car value was 927870
2) Insurance was 25213
3) Depo charges 4500
4) Rto tax 89008
5) Extended warranty 12450
Total 1059041/-
From the above biforcation I have recd a receipt of 83509/- as RTO tax ,which was less than what quoted (89008)…and did not receive the invoice of Depo charges (of rs 4500)
So I asked Addis Marketing and Solatire Honda that y is the difference in tax receipt ,i should have received 89008 receipt as RTO ,when i paid u the full amt ,,, In reply they said that there are some certain agencies as middlemen in rto whom they have to pay… and gave me a bill from Solatire honda of Rs 10000/- Mentioning BUSINESS SUPORT SERVICE in which 8900 for logistics and 1100/- as a service tax…
I asked them to give the biforcation of this bill as 4500 for depo charges and 5500/- as so called service they provided ..OR Rs 5500/- diff amt in the rto tax ,,but they r not giving me the same ,,that means
It is clearly seen that 5500/- diff in rto tax which they have been charged less by rto ,they didnt pass on to me the amt ,instead just for tallying the final car amt they gave me the bill as BUSINESS SUPPORT CHARGE ..
I Request you to please look into the matter and help me in getting the amt of 5500/- and the bill of 4500 /- as depo charges.
