Agarwal Logistics & Packers are fraud and not telling me where are my items.

I selected Agarwal Logistics Packers and Movers and Mr. Vinay (Phone: 09871346002) is the representative from the company. We asked them to move my items on the 22nd of November, 2014 from Gurgaon he assures us that the above items will be delivered to the shipping address(Bangalore) within 5-7 days in good condition still waiting for my items to be delivered. The entire amount of 10500 Rupees was paid to him in cash. Every time I call him and he is saying it’s in transit. Now he is not picking my call. Please help and take some action against this guy.
