Respected sir, My name is udayraj and I live in udaipur, rajasthan. Sir I bought micromax p350 tablet on 11 march 2013 from s.s. selection,85- bapu bazar, udaipur, rajasthan. From day one I realise that my tablet was automatically go switched off when I download any thingh from internet. I went to the company service center after three or four days. They updet tablet software and given to me.but they can’t resolved the problem after some days I again went to service center with same problem and they repeat the same proses and give the tablet to me. I found same problem then I went to center on 10-5-2013 and I requested to solve my problem they again repeated software prosses and give the tablet to me but I found they can’t solve the problem.I again went to center on 13-5-2013 they took my tablet and said to me that it will give you within twenty days because we are sending it to higher center. They give my table after fifty two days on 5-7-2013. When I received tablet I found I was not mine. It is an old tablet which have another iemi no. And I found this tablet have so many problems. Now I want your help for cash back from company. Please help me I bear so mental stress.
The imei no. When I baught tablet is – 911235600509723 The new imei no. When the service center changed with old tablet is -911235600509442 And the job sheet no. Is – w020328-0513-3682825 And the service center given me old tablet insted of my new tablet.
