I have purchased a Su-kam computer UPS on 9-6-2013 and now it is not working properly.I have filed a complain to the company customer care on 13-7-2013,vide no-14071967616 but they have not yet given any services as they provide door to door service during warranty period.I am calling everyday but there is no response by them for my free service.
