Sir,
I had my wife surgery done in max hospital saket on 11-07-2013 .for which I had given a final bill of Rs. 39,900. And got received a claim of Rs. 39,100from my mediclaim company.
But while the time of final payment I am charged a seperate bill of Rs. 2700 .
And all that items are already includeed in my final bill .for which my mediclaim co. Has already passed .
But the staff of max hospital is charging same things separately from me.
After having long argument of 2-3 hours when I proved there fraud. They then again fax my extra bill to my mediclaim company and ask them to deduct all items.
Sir its a big tie up b/w hospital and mediclaim co.
My wife is being harrased by the hospital staff and due to there arguments to made there frauds covered I am also mentally harrased .
I have all documents with me which shows there fraud.
I want to sue them
You are requested to please help me filling a consumer case
