Deduction of amount while doing online recharge.

Location/place: Bangalore

Name of company/service: Tata Photon(tata docomo)

Hi,

I recharged my tata photon internet number online of 750Rs on 4th feb’13 but I am unable to connect to internet.I already spoken to tata photon customer care people ,but those people are saying that they have’nt recieved the money.But the bank(ICICI) people are saying that the amount has been deducted from the account for that recharge.Tata photon people are not refunding my 750Rs amount.Please do the needful for this.i would be thankful to you.
