Disconnection of broadband services

Name of company/service: Reliance communication Ltd

I had approached Reliance communication for broadband connection. After acknowledging all the details. They provided me with USB dongle. They verified the address and other details and provided me the services. I had taken the plan Rs. 450/- for 2GB free date usage for 30 days validity. Immediately before completing 30 days they disconnected the network and sent me a bill which is above the plan rental of Rs. 450/-. They did not tell me the reason of disconnection nor approached me with respect to the reason of disconnection.

By selling the USB Dongle they have profited Rs. 1199/-, by not providing me proper service. The dongle is infructuous without the service. I had sent them notice, but even after acknowledging the notice they are silent on the matter. They want to extract more money for breach of trust and non-compliance of their contract to the customer. They had no remorse towards the customer’s plight, rather extract more money by billing them wrongly. I am ready to deliver the dongle back to the provider, as it is of no use without the network and pay the balance to me after deducting my usage charge which is below Rs. 450/- for 28 days.
