deducting balance from account

Airtel has made it regular on my mobileno. Deducting bal at first it was deducting rs.1 and rs.2 now it has started wid 97rs 70rs and 67rs.
Today morning it did twice for nothing This morning 9th of may 2013.
And some 20days back it did 97rs nd in btwn rs.1 nd rs.2 is regularly deducting.
When I 1st contacted airtel wen it deducted 97rs it blocked all the numbers registered on my name and also then it blocked the other numbers from which I made calls to customer car3 therefore I cannot contact airtel customercare.
HEre I gave you two of my ref number which had hapnd this mornin.
Would like to explain you that when cald airtel of deducting 70 rs frm my landline by tym it was refunding it again deducted 70rs nd then refunded 60rs. And last tym of 97rs it refunded only 94rs. When I asked customer care the response was just like that it got deducted.
Pls do the needful.
