Please stop fraud practise against me

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: Jaipur&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: Reliance communications</p>This fraud reliance communication company has made me the target to deduct all the balance from my account. I have net balance then also they started deducting from main balance from 8th may 2013 apart from this i m not able to call anyone, as i make call a computerised voice tell me that i have insufficient balance. Every month starting from feb 2013 this co. deduct all balance. This my 2nd consumer complaint in this forum. Please i need justice against this fraud company. I m fed and i need very strict action against this co. My work is also affecting as i cannot call anyone.
