i bought a samsung mobile from croma store saket at 11/8 2011. this mobile set have a manufacturing fault and regarding this i summit this hand set on croma customer care on 26/8/2012. when they back to me its work ok only some days and same problem had come for that i summit this. so again we summit this mobile to croma store on 30/3/2013. after passing more than 1 month they are not responding regarding this nor solving issue. before some days croma store care call me and told your mobile cant be repair as its a manufacturing default so we will give you 9000 rs for this . but i reject this offer and asked them to replace my mobile or give me total amount as its manufacturing default and i am suffering this since i bought this mobile. this mobile is in warranty. please look in this issue and guide me what i have to do as i call many time to croma care but no response
