My idea cellular postpaid connection with no 7566660083 was deactivated without any prior intimation about the outstanding unbilled amount, even prior to the termination of Billing Cycle for the month. Because of deactivation of STD and GPRS facility i had to face difficulties in carrying out my day to day activities.
