I ordered this shoe on 16 june as promised on website it should be Shipping in 2 Days and it got delivered as per their mail on 20 th june . I didnt get any shooes till 23 june . I ordered try and Buy offer still courier boy didnt stay at home for even a minute for me to try the shoe and when i try that it was small didnt fit my size and look of the shoes is also as not i ordered so i got angry and i called yebhi first customer care executives they have are worst i have ever delt with they dont wanna help at all .when i ask for supervisor the said that we cant trsnfer calls to superviors we can arrange call back within 24 hrs . i waited 7 days to get a call still no calls at all i had miss call alert service on my phone as well if they have ever callled me i would have know it . i called them today also a girl answeres the phone i inform her abt my issue she doest not look at all intreseted in helping at all . she even hung up on me . whenever i tried to say something she just say one u r using prophanic language . i even ask many times to her during my call telll one sentence where i was prophanic .and finally she hung we i asked it again last time .
My problem is what kind of service is this if oreder a shoe 1st i should get it on time they send me a fraud email shoes delivered on 20 th . even i rasied complains abt it.Now finallly wat they are saying is 16 i order a shoe and i get it on 22 i reorder it

now i am still waitig for my shoes to be picked up and as they are saying wait till shoes picked up and then within 10 days and balance will get credited in your wallet and then u can reorder ur shoes and again that will be deliveered within 10 days . what kind of service is that to hell with this kind of service . where i cant get a shoe in 1 month. please help resolve it . i am fed up of then wanna my money back.
