This complain is about how the employees of the indian railway passenger reservation system brings difficulty to the passengers.
It happened to me a week ago when i was runing to get a tatkal ticket to raipur.. We used to get in a queue four five hours before the tatkal reservation starts. I kept runing for five days continously but couldn’t book a ticket. The reason was the person sitting at the token distribution counter used to alot tokens to the agents inside the counter.. I even noticed a railway police staff pushing a travelling agent in the middle of the queue. One day a lady who was a railway employee came and got the first token without even standing at the queue, i opposed to this, told the railway police but his reply shocked me. He said its better to keep silence nd finally he pushed me and removed me from the queue without any reason.. I dnt knw why they behave like this , why are we not being properly served even after paying such a hefty amount for the railway reservation.
Please look into the matter as im not the only one who is being served like this.
