I had booked a car and house hold goods for shifting from Bhatinda to (Car to guwahati) and HHG to Dibrugarh assam against consignment No: 811887 and 811888. Received the car at guwahati with minor issues. But HHG delivery at dibrugarh was a real problem. They fixed 03 delivery dates for the same but didn’t turn up. So I had to take leave from office in vein. They showed up on 4th time. with such resources ,they could partially unpacked my items .Had damaged my sofa now they are not releasing insurance claim nor they have repaired the same on the delivery day. Also on complete unpacking my self with my own resources I have found lot of crockery items damage.
I want people should know and dont go by brand names and suffer like me .
