Issue with policy no: 00636625 with KOTAK

Name of company/service: KOTAK MAHINDRA

I am Gajendra N. Sinha from Surat Gujarat.
I had a policy with KOTAK having policy no. 00636625

Due to an urgent need of money I surrendered the policy to get the money back on 27th September, this year having the request ID 181136.
It was communicated to me that I will be reimbursed the an amount of Rs. 104000 and am having the receipt for the same.
But to my utter surprise I found only Rs. 34000 deposited in my account and the remaining amount is still not credited to me.

This is told to me that I will be getting only the one third amount that has been deposited already and the remaining two third amount will be paid only if I will get an annuity.
As I am in dire need of money right now and if I am denied to avail my own money then it would be very tough for me to sustain.

Please help me in this regard and do let me know the policy rules and regulations or how to get my hard earned money back.
