Sir/madam,
My mobile No. 9820724940. in the November month bill excess amount was charged & i have paid my actual usage payment, they have stopped my out going call first & Now before my due date they stopped my services to the above mentioned Number & also before stopping they have increased my credit limit without my approval. when i spoken to customer care they says if you pay full amount then only we will start your services. I can only make my actual usage payment. i require an immediate action on the company.
