Cyber Fraud

I Arjun Singh would like to inform you that I am serving in Indian
navy and holding a DSP Salary account in SBI,
Porbandar(0456).

On 24 Aug 14, a sum of Rs 10200/- was deducted from my account without
my consent using my meastro debit card by PayTM.com, noida, although it was secured with a
3D secure code but still it has happened. I guess its a cyber fraud.
At the same time I declare that I didn’t have used any cyber cafe or
told my secure code to any one for online transactions. Details of the

I had put up this matter to my home branch but they say that they
can’t do anything or rather don’t want to take any initiative.Most of
all, the behaviour of Deputy Manager was so rude that I guess, I would
have to stop banking with SBI at once for security of my money and
this kind of behaviour. She tried to threaten me by police as she says
that I have told my password to some one else. But i have declared
that its not the case but she is not at all ready to listen me. I am
defence person and a sum of Rs 10200/- means a lot to me. Please look
into the case and investigate to resolve it as soon as possible.
