Customer Services not resolving the problem

Location/place: Pune

Name of company/service: Tikona digital networks

I have been facing connectivity issue since last 10-15 days. everyday i have been calling the customer services. everyday they are producing new reasons and the complaint goes unattended. why should i pay the bill for this month if i have been unable to use the services properly since 15days?
