Vodafone Service and monetary loss

Location/place: Mangalore

Name of company/service: Vodafone India

Had the most disgusting customer service today, have used almost all the network providers over the last 7 years !! But Vodafone rates at the bottom. My recharge for 3G did not reflect. I call them up one guy says all crap about Vodafone having fight with airtel and Vodafone launching their own servicese and then he puts me to his Supervisor. Turns out putting to Supervisor means disconnecting the call. Call once more the next guy says ur plan is activated and then speaks as if he is doing me a favour by picking up my call . Refuses to share reference of the conversation and again puts me to Supervisor ( Yes the call gets disconnected) . All the way ripping away from my balance for the stupid conversations and my internet charges + Probably the 101 Rs as well . Airtel, Idea and even BSNL fares lot better than this !!!

I have dropped an eamil to Customer care and Nodal officer as well with contact details
