Sir,
I bought a pair of LOTO sport shoes from www.shopclues.com. The payment was made through Netbanking. The product was delivered on 06th April 2013. The colour and design of the shoes that I received was totally different from the one that was shown on their portal at the time of purchase. I lodge a complaint with shopclues on 16th April through email.

I had send several emails to shopclues.com and also the picture of the shoes (at their request) that I received but nothing more was done by shopcles.com except the assurance that was given to me in their emails. They had accepted the mistake and offered me 200 shopclue points. I did not accept the offer since the product was not to my liking. Now they have stopped replying the email.
I would like the shopclues.com to send me the shoes that was shown on their website at the time of purchase or return my full amount.
Your early action would be much appreciated.
