Customer Care Person Called and cheated. Without my Yes, deducted amount from account.

Hi,

My Tata Sky Id – 1117147460.
Name – Sandeep Singh
Add- Flat No- 37, U.P.R.E Sector- 42 , Noida (U.P)

Today I got call form 1409 322082 at 1:44 PM , Even I didn’t say about any new pack activation. But after some time of call, I got message 49 Rs deducted from my main balance and and package revised to 409 Rs per month.
Is this the way?? they guys cheating to customer .

The girls who called me name is ‘Amandeep’.
