Customer care executive giving no respect and not solving my problem

Dear Sir

I am Anoop kumar and has been using Vodafone post paid No. 9990884085. I make my all payments timely.My Bill genrate date is 28th of every month and last date of submitting the payment is 15th of every month. But I have not received my May 2012 Bill.When I call Customer care they said your bill be delivered to you with in 24hrs. I called at 111 on 5th june.8 june,12 june and 14 june for bill. But cutomer care executive was not treating me seriousley and was making my fun. I am really herted with this.When ever I call customer care thay said cofirm your E-mail. I tell you I received vodafone mails in which thay say pls submit your bill before 15th . But they do not mail my bill.Please take some stick action and do justice with me.
