i wana fill complaint against videocon.i filled complaint of my fridge for the service on 26/5/2012 engineer come after 2 days and check fridge and change a part of Rs 350 and a service charge Rs280.and leave the house.and after that fridge not working and i complaint again on 31/5/2012 regarding same problen and today is 15/6/2012 not a single call from videocon or not a single engineer visited my place.i a humble request plz fill complaint agaist it and take action.cheted me…complaint no.999205930.
