cheated me by Rs630 and fraud service povider

i wana fill complaint against videocon.i filled complaint of my fridge for the service on 26/5/2012 engineer come after 2 days and check fridge and change a part of Rs 350 and a service charge Rs280.and leave the house.and after that fridge not working and i complaint again on 31/5
