Recurring problem and now stop working

Hi,

I have bought Water purifier IVORY DX.

SL. NO.: BD10 8003572 on 10-7-2011. Now its in warranty period. But first they not installed after 5-6 phone call on customer care or complaints. After that from 3th month problem started. Red light blinking,We called to CC and after 2-3 calls their service man will come and rectify But its continue every 2 months. And Every Time problem was same. No permanent Solution. In this period their service man offer us AMC and other products. Now this time they come for same problem and saying we some part has replace and we will charge 3200Rs for that. AND it stops working. I keep on call CC but no reponse
