HOUSE HOLD GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT FROM MUMBAI TO CHENNAI

Location/place: KUMARAN NAGAR, OMR- SEMMENCHERY

Name of company/service: Agrawal Packers

My house hold goods were shifted from Navi Mumbai ( Kharghar ) to Chennai by Agrawal Packers vide GC no. 769536 . dated 12/4/2012. The goods were delivered in damaged condition on 15/04/2012 and I was informed that the damaged items will be replaced by next day . But to my surprise it is almost more than two months I have not heard anything from Agrawal Packers . I have contact their Mumbai / chennai Office several times but no response till date .

I have paid Rs. 55,479.00 but all gone waste . My understanding is Agarwal Packers are not professional and made a wrong decision in giving the job. Also there were no resposible person from the Company, all persons were hired locally and not employee of Agrawal Packers.

I request immediate replacement of the damaged goods .
