This is to inform you that JABONG company has been fooling people with the so called coupon code.
I received a coupon two days ago along with my purchase from Jabong. On the coupon it said tat we can shop anything on Jabong except perfume,coins and jewellery and this is applicable on the purchase of anything over Rs 1499. There were no other clause.
Accordingly i shopped for 1600 and tried to use the code
Now it says, this code is applicable only to the products that are mentioned in the link.
I spoke to Ms Divya on their customer care no and she admitted that what i am claiming is right but that is how it is and she is helpless.
I tried mailing this complaint on their given mail id, but it bounced back.such poor customer service ghey have.
Kindly act on such cheatings and fooling companies.
