not attending the AC repair

I have purchased compressor for my old samsung AC on 16/5/14 with one year warranty. On 3/7/14 I given complaint on samsung india service(18002668282) complaint no. 8450573948 that my AC is again stopped cooling, after 2-3 days of complaint a mechanic came and after checking AC he said that compressor is failed and that new compressor would come in 3-4 days and thereafter we will rectify it. But on repeated request my AC is still not rectified by them.
