Corrupt college clerk

I am a student of B.E from Balaji Institute Of Technology, Management and Research, Rajnandgaon (Chhattisgarh). With due respect it is stated that the clerk of our college namely ”Shiv Kumar Sinha” is a corrupt guy. For providing students the amount of scholarship, he demands an amount of upto Rs. 5000 from each and every student. Kindly think about my complaint and please try to understand that if I’ll give him 5000 then what would I save from the scholarship???

Kindly look into the matter and please do the needful as early as possible and please save us from that corrupt demon. I’ll be thankful to you.
