This is regarding the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 offer of 15% cash back.
This offer was valid till 31st May 2013. And it was being advertised that Standard chartered Credit card holders will get this 15 % cash back.
I have not had SC card earlier, so to get the benefit of this offer I have applied for the card, and got one. But when I called bank’s customer care service regarding confirmation of the offer. They said they are not aware of such offer. I told them that it’s there in every single online shopping website. And “Standard Chartered”‘s name is clearly mentioned in the terms and conditions. Then they have asked me to send a mail and ensured that they will reply within 48 hours. I agreed and send them a mail. But I didn’t get any confirmation from them, After 48 hours, I sent another mail, but I got no reply…
Finally offer got expired on 31st may, then they replied me on 3rd June saying that this offer got expired…
I want to register a complaint against this cheater bank, which attract customers by false offers.
I also want to register a complaint against Samsung who advertised the Banks name which are not ready to provide the offer.
