Hello sir,
I have never been through this kind of service thats given by infibeam.
I bought Otto Massager 19 In 1 from infibeam on 23 apr 2013 and i choose the mode of payment as payment on delivery. i got this product on 28th and when i opened the box i found that i got a broken piece for which i have already made payment of 545rs. So i called up the courier guy who came to deliver the product and he told me to call the customer care when i called the customer care no of infibeam they asked to send the snapshot(Pics)of the broken product through mail. i did the same and they send me a confirmation saying this would be replaced so i send the broken piece back and since then its almost a month now and i am continously writing mails and calling the customer care. Every time they tell me “the last time the complaint was not registered let me raise a complaint and u wud get call in 2 days” and i dont know when wud their two days be over.
Every time i call them i need to spend money as they dont have toll free no and on top of it they r not even replacing the product. Its really frustrating for me and now i dont want the product and want the money back as i am really frustrated about the kind of service they r providing me and also a compensation for the same. Hope someone could help and i swear i would never buy products from infibeam again and would recommend anyone who is buying product from infibeam to please not buy the product from this site because they dont know how to take care of their customer and if u want to buy some products go to other sites
