Dear Sir,
I am using reliance GSM connection having Number. 9555591282. I had activated a SMS pack of Rs.26.00 & Rs.56.00, but again today renewal I was trying to deactivate this pack ,it could not happen so rather this SMS pack used to be automatically renewed every month by deducting Rs.26.00, Rs.56.00 from my balance . Finally I called Reliance customer care and told them to deactivate SMS pack. They said they have taken a request for complaint but nothing the result.The balance is deducting as usally.Im not satisfied talk to any senior customer Excutive
So request you to take necessary steps to solve this problem.
